I am interested in tutoring English, ESL/ELL, grammar and mechanics, math, phonics, public speaking, reading, writing, and study skills. I earned my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Music at St. Mary's University. After graduation, I taught in primary schools in Arizona and Kansas for seven years. I spent 4 years teaching general music in Arizona. I also have numerous years of experience as a tutor and one year of experience as a reading lab teacher. I earned a  master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction in 2007. In addition to St. Mary's University, I have attended the University of Phoenix at Phoenix-Hohokam Campus. In my free time, I enjoy biographies, cooking for family and friends, watching movies, reading, and singing.
