I went to the University of Missouri - Columbia to earn my undergraduate biological sciences degree. I continued on at the university to earn my graduate degree in education. Since then, I've been teaching for the past three years. I enjoy teaching biology at the honors level and at the IB level. As a tutor, I can assist students in biology, ecology, evolutionary biology, life sciences, AP biology, ecology, and other biological science related subjects. I enjoy making biology fun and interesting for students, and I relate concepts to things students understand to provide context and increase the likelihood of retention.
