I have a bachelor's degree from the University Missouri - Kansas City in biology. I'm looking forward to attending medical school in the future. Chemistry, biology, and other sciences can be difficult subjects to learn, and require hard work and practice. I've experienced these courses, and I understand how important it is to perform well in these courses to move one's academic and professional career forward. I like to guide my students using the teaching approach that works best for them while providing them with learning skills they need to become independent and successful. I can tutor algebra, calculus, elementary math, pre-calculus, genetics, statistics, anatomy and physiology, histology, biology, microbiology, physics, chemistry, organic chemistry, and others, and I can assist with test preparation for the ACT, SAT, MCAT, and more. When I have free time, I enjoy scuba diving, mountain biking, running, lifting weights, backpacking, and flying, as I'm licensed as a commercial pilot.
