Experience
I specialize in tutoring and teaching French Language and Culture as well as ESL. I received my BA in French from the University of Evansville. I have studied abroad for a semester in Avignon, France, where I helped teach a high school English class at Lycee Louis Pasteur, as well as helped facilitate an English conversation group for adults each week. I have taken many French conversation and writing classes and well as French Civ, Theater, Cinema, Modern History, Classical Art, Advanced Grammar and Translation. I have went France again after teaching English to French high school students for a year. Most of my experience is in tutoring students who are already taking classes, rather than creating lessons myself, but I am able to do this for an higher fee. I love tutoring not only because I like to help people understand this beautiful language and learn about the fascinating culture, but also because I currently don't have a job that involves using French and want to still be able to use my skills and a regular basis so I don't loose my fluency. I would love a chance to meet anyone interested in my tutoring services.
