I am currently living in Kansas City, MO and I attended Brigham Young University. I have experience in the tutoring field. I have tutored and taught students in college, those in private settings, and those with advanced degrees. I want my students to be comfortable with me. Because of this, I build a close bond with each student I work with. I also believe in learning as much about my students as I possibly can. This allows for me to understand their strengths, weaknesses, study habits, and learning style. Once I am familiar with these, I can put together an effective lesson plan tailored to that individual student. I am currently offering my tutoring services in the subjects of algebra 1-2, middle school math, elementary math, anatomy, biology, physiology, chemistry, science, English, and writing. When I'm not tutoring, I love going for a long run or horseback ride. I also enjoy a day on the courts playing a friendly game of tennis and spending time with my family.
