I earned my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Missouri Western State University and my master's degree in Elementary Administration from William Woods University. I have nearly a decade of experience teaching in the U.S. and Hong Kong, and am comfortable working with elementary and middle schoolers. I can tutor students in subjects like algebra, geometry, biology, earth science, environmental science, physical science, life science, reading, writing, and English. My diverse experiences have given me insight on how to work with all types of students, and especially into the importance of tailoring learning plans to each student. I am a passionate, empathetic, and patient tutor. As a parent, I understand how essential it is to ensure your child has a solid educational foundation, and it is my goal to help each of my students establish a true mastery of the fundamentals. When I'm not tutoring or teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, outdoors pursuits like fishing and hiking, and playing musical instruments like the piano, guitar, harmonica, mandolin, and euphonium!
