Experience
My career in educating began back in college at Truman State University. For a year and a half, during my studies at Truman, I tutored younger people in German outside of the university. I also acted as a German teaching assistant in my last semester. In this role, I graded assignments and tests for a professor. Also, I spent a year living in Germany, where I taught English to young students at a couple of elementary schools in Wiesbaden. While I was there, I also tutored English privately to some high school kids and to a school employee.I was raised to speak multiple languages. Now, I am fluent in three. I have a strong interest in culture, and I feel so in-tune that I am able to share this knowledge with interested students. I am always in search of a new adventure. There is always something else to see, which is why I enjoy traveling to different places. The past couple of years have been a time of personal and worldly exploration for me. Somehow, I have ended up here, outside of Kansas City, Missouri. I am now working on a vegetable farm as an apprentice. As you can see, my life has brought me a laundry list of experiences. I intend to use them all to improve my students' overall learning experience.
